On November 26th, Microsoft 365 services experienced a large-scale outage in the past 24 hours, affecting multiple services including Outlook, Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.

According to the Down Detector website, there are over 5300 related fault reports worldwide, mainly concentrated in cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Tampa in the United States.

Microsoft officials stated that this malfunction was caused by recent changes to the Exchange Online and Teams calendars, resulting in functional issues. Although the repair work has covered about 98% of users, the recovery speed is slower than expected. Microsoft updated on Tuesday, stating that "except for the online version of Outlook, the normal functionality of all affected services has been restored, and a few users of the online version of Outlook are still affected. We are monitoring and investigating to fully restore it to normal
